The expected pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

The IT and Information Security Manager will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring the stability and security of our technology infrastructure, mitigating cyber risks, provisioning company equipment, and maintaining compliance with Industry standards and regulations. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical skills and strategic oversight to support business needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including its systems and services.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage cybersecurity initiatives, including threat detection, risk management, and incident response.
- Provision and manage laptops and other IT equipment for new hires and existing employees.
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance to employees as needed.
- Ensure the organization’s IT systems are resilient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging security threats to continuously improve IT security posture.
- Oversee IT asset management, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Work with cross-functional teams to address security risks and resolve vulnerabilities
- Manage and assist in Soc2 Type2 audits, including development of outstanding policies.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Ensure the company has training materials for best practices on cyber security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on security and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Managed Device infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with network administration, firewalls, and security tools.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or NIST.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security , CISSP, or ITIL are a plus.
Salary : $135,000 - $185,000
