We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Malace HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our logistics facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Restrooms, Break Rooms, Conference Rooms, etc.
- Emptying trash (heavy lifting) and cleaning outside areas (Yard area, guard shack, smoke area, etc.)
- Removing and bailing cardboard
- Moving and stacking pallets
- Floor cleaning
- Fork truck operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitor, custodian, cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull greater than 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required
