What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, streamline operations, and implement policies that improve efficiency and service delivery
- Ability to use scheduling softwares such as ClearCare
- Knowledge and experience with caregiver scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A passion for senior care and community impact
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
- Ensure adherence to state regulations, licensing requirements, and internal operational protocols.
- Supervise caregiver scheduling, service coordination, and staff assignments.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for clients, caregivers, and agency operations in accordance with legal and agency standards
- Partner with executive leadership to drive process improvements, policy development, and growth initiatives.
