With offices in Cherry Hill, Hoboken, and Freehold, NJ, as well as Center City in Philadelphia, PA, Malamut & Associates, LLC has aggressively represented clients since its founding in 2001. The firm’s areas of practice include Government & Regulatory Affairs, Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Family Law.
Malamut & Associates is seeking an attorney to join the Labor and Employment Practice. Plaintiff Employment Attorney with trial experience (at least 5 years, with experience trying no less than 4 cases to verdict.) Licensed in NJ (PA a plus.)
The ideal candidate will participate in the representation of individual clients in the area of employment and labor law. Individual will maintain relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct handling employment litigation
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Admission to New Jersey Bar
- Currently in Good Standing with the New Jersey State Bar
- No disciplinary history
- No history of professional negligence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Employment Law experience
- Tech savvy – ability to learn and use legal industry software applications.
