Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Payroll Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the payroll department, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the payroll department.
· Prepare and distribute payroll-related documents and reports.
· Assist in processing payroll for field employees, including union and nonunion staff.
· Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
· Verify timesheets and attendance records for accuracy.
· Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
· Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.
· Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation.
· Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
