Job Summary

The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the company’s properties. The Porter is responsible for ensuring that outdoor spaces are free from litter, debris, and broken branches. Additionally, the Porter may be called upon to perform light maintenance tasks such as trimming.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform regular property walks to identify and pick up trash, litter, and debris.
• Safely dispose of collected waste in designated bins or areas.
• Remove and properly dispose of broken branches, leaves, and other natural debris.
• Assist with light landscaping maintenance tasks such as trimming or clearing pathways as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas for tools and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.
