Job Summary

Scope:
- Answer Calls: Respond promptly to incoming calls from potential and current clients, providing information about our services and addressing inquiries.
- Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate walkthroughs and consultations for prospective clients, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
- Close Deals: Present Mali Cleaners' services in a compelling way and secure new contracts with residential and commercial clients.
- Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors.
- Strong territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
