Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Wholesale will be responsible for maintaining relationships, driving revenue and return on investment across the Amazon, Department Stores, and the independent sectors of the business. Additionally, this role will oversee new business development opportunities in the above-mentioned sectors.

- Establish new business relationships and maintain existing long-term business relationships
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams; resolving account issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs while anticipating changes and suggesting improvements
- Developing and achieving sales objectives
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- Regularly review sales figures and performance; sharing strategies to maximize sales and suggestions for improvement
- Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meeting all clients’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Identifying and contacting potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers
- Seeking and managing bulk orders and purchases
- Anticipating demand and working with cross functional teams to secure adequate inventory
- Lead the sales team to drive results and cost saving measures
- Oversee the Account Executive team supporting department stores; ensuring they are driving sales in their markets and managing expenses in line with budgets.

Education/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and retail math required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform a variety of functions including Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Sumif, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of various distribution sales channels and experience working with a diverse mix of retailers
- Analytical ability and critical thinking skills to process and make decisions based on data
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to multitask
- The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000
- The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home)
