Here is how you can make an impact as a Graphic Designer:
- Create Marketing Materials, collateral, and content to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness including catalogs, cut sheets, PowerPoints and packaging.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events and sponsorships including the creation of banners and handouts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining the company website by updating content, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing SEO performance.
- Support internal communication efforts by developing newsletters, announcements and company updates.
- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
Here’s is what we are looking for in a Graphic Designer:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience as a graphic designer and/or in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software and:
- Thorough knowledge of how to prepare art for printing
- Experience with packaging design/production
- Experience with catalog design/production
- Experience with proofreading
- Advanced knowledge and experience with QuarkXpress
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Photoshop
- Intermediate-to advanced knowledge and experience with Illustrator
- Intermediate-to advanced knowledge and experience with InDesign
- Intermediate-to advanced knowledge and experience with PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Excel and Word
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
