Malone's Bilingual Staffing Specialists are responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. Bilingual Staffing Specialists recruit and screen applicants to determine skill and proper fit for our clients. This is both a fun and challenging position, allowing the Bilingual Staffing Specialists to determine the best way to execute on tasks and to manage the customer relationship how they best see fit. The Responsibilities:
- Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings
- Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
- Verify past employment of candidates
- Respond to employee and customer inquiries
- Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
- Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
- Consistently meet KPI expectations
The Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Customer service experience is required
- Leadership experience is required
- Experience working in the staffing industry or in a sales role is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Ability to occasionally work outside of the typical Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM hours
