Position Summary:
The Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for making sure our organization follows legal standards, healthcare regulations, and internal processes. This role requires an understanding of the healthcare sector, minimizing the risk of non-compliance, record keeping, auditing, collaboration with internal teams and external regulators.

The Primary Responsibilities:
- Validate credentialing documents and licenses prior to the start of employment.
- Oversee employee files to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting institutions.
- Communicate clearly and timely with Recruiters, Recruitment Managers, and other internal customers, to update them on credentialing challenges and concerns in the pre-employment process.
- Communicate clearly and timely with candidates, regulatory institutions, and other external customers to fulfill requirements prior to the start date
The Qualifications:
- Experience with compliance within a medical organization
- Experience working in the staffing industry is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
