Position Summary:
The Operations Administrative Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring efficient internal operations by managing administrative and operational procedures, implementing strategies to meet business objectives, and provide support for management decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Respond to operations tickets within specified timelines
• Analyze operational processes and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Liaise with clients and suppliers, managing contracts and relationships
• Improve operational systems, processes and best practices
• Coordinate meetings, greet visitors, manage scheduling of office spaces
• Occasionally assist with travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation
• Oversee procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Help to administer and manage operational processes
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Operations Specialist or similar role
• Experience with operational processes and procedures
• Ability to monitor and evaluate operational data
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
• Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
