We are looking for a Finance Manager / Director of Finance to join / partner with us for an innovative and fast-growing startup company. This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in Heath, Ohio .
We’re seeking a highly motivated and strategic finance professional to oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of our startup. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth goals and objectives.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Create, manage, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Accounting & Compliance : Oversee accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and adequate funding for operational needs.
- Reporting & Analysis : Provide timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Operational Efficiency : Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes and systems.
- Team Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and operations) to align financial goals with company strategy.
