What You Can Expect:
- Hourly rate ranging from $29 to $34, based on your expertise
- Flexible shifts: Daytime 7am to 7:30pm, or nighttime 7pm to 7:30am
- Convenient 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work two days, two days off, then three days on)
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Swiftly address equipment malfunctions or site issues with professionalism
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on machinery and propose effective solutions
- Regularly examine mold equipment components like waterlines and clamps for wear and perform replacements when necessary
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years experience in the plastic industry or within the field of injection molding
- Familiarity with large tonnage machine operations (4000 tons)
- Experience with dual-barrel Italtech machines is a plus
Required Skills:
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Skilled in operating forklifts and cranes
- Adept with mechanical tasks and technology usage
- Ability to perform maintenance duties and solve problems efficiently
- Comfortable working from elevated platforms
