Polyurethane Foam Pad (chemical engineer) Manager

Responsibilities
- Daily assignments will relate to all aspects of foam production maintenance of foam pad equipment and quality improvements of foam pad production.
- Timely responses to equipment and production issues, as well as issues with raw materials and mold/forming.
- Investigate technical issues related to foam production.
- Drive continuous improvement process with material and machines, utilizing improved processes and technology.
- Ensure all robotics are programmed and maintained to optimize pour patterns.
- Validate and continually improve lab results related to static load, hardness, density and dimension of finished foam.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or polymer science with at least 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience related to foam manufacturing or injection molding.
