Job Summary
Mama T's AFC LLC is a small 5 resident adult foster care home. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and be proficient in office software, particularly Google Suite. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer support.
Duties
- Provide clerical support, including data entry and file management, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for residents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Utilize Google Suite applications to create spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in data entry and office procedures is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
