- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures; and manage floor care tasks as needed.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the environment.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred.
