We’re Mammoth Roofing & Solar, a fast-growing company with a rock-solid reputation in residential and commercial roofing. We regularly win commercial jobs because of our name — not because we’ve built out a full commercial division. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Development Leader — part estimator, part business builder, part consultant. Someone who can take commercial opportunities off the CEO’s plate and own the outcome. Someone who’s done commercial sales or estimating for a bigger company and is now ready for more responsibility, more upside, and more autonomy.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the point person for all commercial roofing opportunities — repairs, replacements, scopes, and proposals.
- Build and deepen relationships with property managers, general contractors, commercial realtors, and facility directors.
- Use our existing tools and systems (including a repair program designed by a commercial roofing consultant) to run a tight process from start to finish.
- Coordinate with our repair techs, manage scopes of work, and help prepare or oversee estimating.
- Work closely with our CEO to develop a scalable division — we’ll support you, but we need you to own it.
Who You Are:
- You’ve sold or estimated commercial roofing work before (repairs and replacements).
- You’ve worked for a larger roofing or construction company and understand the pace and pressure — but you’re ready to be more than a cog in the machine.
- You’re organized, trustworthy, and someone who sees problems and takes action.
- You’re not expecting a bloated salary and a big team yet — you’re excited about building something, with the possibility of profit share or division equity.
- You know how to manage people and projects — and don’t mind scheduling a tech, following up, and making sure a client feels taken care of.
