JOB PURPOSE
Provide high-level administrative support to executive team. Conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, overseeing projects, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

TASKS
Coordinate operational activities. Discuss account status or activity with customers or team members. Order materials, supplies, or equipment. Oversee projects related to tradeshows, team travel, and corporate events. Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance. Perform basic accounting and budgetary tasks. Oversee and track deadlines for various team members. Multi-task and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

  • Must possess abilities to handle a broad range of responsibilities.
  • Work alongside top executives of the business.
  • Head up multiple projects simultaneously, while working with and managing staff tasks.
  • Take direction and possess leadership skills capable of leading a team.
  • Physical demands include occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; the team member will regularly sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • Lift weights or exert force, may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; may frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

QUALIFICATIONS
Years of Experience: 5
Education: High School Diploma, some college preferred

SKILLS

  • Listen attentively, take time to understand objectives, ask questions as appropriate.
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines by working alone or with a team.
  • Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
  • Extensive experience with the concepts of running a business.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
  • Working with pictures in graphics programs or other applications, including creating simple graphics, manipulating the appearance, and inserting graphics into other programs.
  • Using a computer application to create, manipulate, edit, and show virtual slide presentations.
  • Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs.
  • Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

  • 35 hours/week initially
  • Starting pay $60,000 annually, based on ability, experience, and productivity
  • Hybrid/Remote work schedule, must be within 50-mile radius of Green Bay, WI

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
