Purpose of the role
The People Operations Coordinator will provide primary administrative support to the US People team. This role will partner closely with the US and global People teams on a broad range of activities to provide day to day HR support to the organization. The People Operations Coordinator will have a strong executive presence with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and adapting easily to changing priorities.
Onboarding - (US) - All Perm & FTC Worker Types
Candidate experience management ensuring a seamless transition from Recruitment team to People Operations and People Partner for EE lifecycle
- Offer & Contract Generation within agreed SLA's
- Manage pre-employment background checks including relationship management with the screening provider, while ensuring checks meet compliance criteria
- continuous improvement initiatives for onboarding process

Base Salary Range : The anticipated based salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 benefits a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant. The Firm reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
