We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Impact Operations team to support and facilitate our day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities for the People Operations Coordinator will include providing support throughout the employee life cycle, including, but not limited to, onboarding, employee inquiries, offboarding and a variety of HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior work experience in Human Resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and to be able to carry out tactical day-to-day HR responsibilities to ensure a positive employee experience.

 Primary duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support for the new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Process background checks
  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires in HRIS and other internal systems
  • Coordinate and lead new hire orientation
  • Maintain new hire tracker and checklists
  • Generate offboarding paperwork
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Gather data as requested for audits etc.
  • Update the employee referral tracker and notify payroll when a referral payment is to be paid
  • Handle employee requests and inquiries received in the HR inboxes
  • Pick up, scan, distribute and file HR related mail
  • Participate in People Ops projects as requested

    Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar degree
    • 2 years prior Human Resources experience
    • Background supporting an accounting or finance population
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Proactive nature
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
    • Strong PC Skills/Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; Knowledge of UKG/ UltiPro a plus
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

     

    Work Arrangement

    All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of two (2) days a week in our office and three (3) days remotely.
