Parts Counter Clerk

Modern Hyundai is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join the team of talented parts professionals in our Concord dealership.  Responsibilities include:

·         Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

·         Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.

·         Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

·         Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate

·         Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

·         Pull and fill orders from stock

Qualifications and Skills

·         2 years’ experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson

·         Experience with Parts Trader, OPStrax, OEconnection, CCCtrueparts preferred

·         Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demands

·         Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

·         Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
