Since 2008 our agency has been providing services to youth around the state that are aging out of foster care and juvenile corrections who need a plan for becoming self-reliant. In 2013 we expanded our services to include CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, and Med Management and offer these services to the community. In 2018 we started Residential Habilitation, helping those with developmental disabilities to live independently. In 2021 we expanded our services and now offer Respite for families with youth that have SED. In 2022 we added Peer Support Services furthering our commitment to better our community through programs & services that assist individuals and families in identifying and building upon their own Mana, supporting recovery, resilience, and empowerment.

Job Description :

Mana Resources is seeking a Community Based Rehabilitative Provider to work in Canyon County, who will work with our clients of all ages and various needs. Our CBRS team supports community clients, as well as clients in our Juvenile Reintegration and Residential Habilitation programs.

Community-Based Rehabilitation Services are home or community-based programs available to children and adolescents who are recovering from severe and persistent mental illness resulting in considerable personal or behavioral challenges. The program promotes resilience and the acquisition of age-appropriate skills, compensating or eliminating functional deficits associated with their emotional challenge.

CBRS Services are focused on enhancing the quality of life for people with mental illness through rehabilitation strategies, equal opportunities, and social inclusion.

Provider Responsibilities

• Provider will agree to use a team approach
• Provider will focus on behavioral, social, communication, rehabilitation, and / or basic living skills training which is designed to build a member’s competency and confidence while increasing functioning and decreasing mental health and / or behavioral symptoms
• Provider coordinates with other providers, agencies, systems, or organizations serving the member and family to support the member’s recovery and avoid duplication of services
• May participate in the Child and Family Team (CFT) at the request of the youth and family who consent.
• Provider ensures services are appropriate to the age and developmental stage of the child
• Provider ensures that services provided result in demonstrated movement toward, or achievement of the member’s treatment goals identified in the person-centered service plan, if applicable

CBRS workers assist clients in practicing what they learn in counseling in the real world, maximizing their independence. Experience and PRA certification is a plus, but we are MOST concerned with finding the perfect fit for our team of people who truly care and are willing to train.

Work Hours :

Currently, we are looking for an experienced provider to work 15-20 hours a week and have afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekend time open to serve our youth better.

Starting Pay :

25 per hour based on experience, degree, and certifications.

Salary : $25
