Since 2008, Mana Resources has been dedicated to supporting youth across the state who are transitioning out of foster care and juvenile corrections. Our mission is to help these young individuals develop the skills needed to become self-reliant. In 2013, we expanded to offer CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, and Medication Management services to the community. In 2018, we introduced Residential Habilitation to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living independently. By 2021, we expanded our services further to include Respite care for families of youth with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED), and in 2022, we added Peer Support Services. Through these programs, we are committed to helping individuals and families discover and build their own Mana, fostering recovery, resilience, and empowerment.
Job Description:
Mana Resources is currently seeking a Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS) Provider to join our team in Canyon County. The CBRS Provider will work with clients of all ages, including those in our Juvenile Reintegration and Residential Habilitation programs, offering support tailored to each individual's needs.
CBRS programs are home- or community-based services designed to help children and adults recovering from severe and persistent mental illness. These services aim to overcome significant personal or behavioral challenges, promoting resilience and helping individuals acquire age-appropriate skills. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for people with mental illness through rehabilitation, equal opportunities, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to provide behavioral, social, communication, and basic living skills training.
- Focus on enhancing the clients competency and confidence, increasing their functioning while decreasing mental health or behavioral symptoms.
- Coordinate with other providers, agencies, and organizations serving the client and their family to ensure comprehensive care and avoid duplication of services.
- Participate in the Child and Family Team (CFT) if requested and with the consent of the youth and family.
- Ensure services are age-appropriate and developmentally suitable for the client.
- Ensure the services provided contribute to progress toward or achievement of treatment goals, as outlined in the person-centered service plan, if applicable.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in a Human Services-related field.
- Must be able to pass an IDHW background check.
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance.
- CPR/First-Aid Certification.
- Experience and PRA certification are a plus, but we are primarily seeking a dedicated individual who fits well with our team and is eager to learn.

Work Hours:
We are currently looking for a part-time/full-time provider with availability in the afternoons, early evenings, and potentially weekends, to best serve our youth.
Starting Pay:
$2325 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications.
