What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Manada Technologies?
The experienced Project Manager will manage key internal business projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, manage workflow and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
The successful candidate will work directly with management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and as needed to fulfill business needs. Daily tasks as assigned related to the role. Some IT experience helpful but not required.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This role will report to the Vice President. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. The experienced candidate will need to have good communication and organizational skills accompanied with time management, flexibility, a quick learner, negotiation skills and able to deal with people.
