As a member of the Managed Operations Center, the Asset Management / Configuration Specialist will configure new desktops / laptops, add accounts, and manage inventory for managed services clients in a 24 / 7 / 365 environment. He or she will be responsible for the following...

What you’ll do :

• Responsible for the management of Managed Solution and assigned client IT assets and inventory.
• Effectively managing asset life cycles and maintenance schedules to improve quality control of assets, including software, hardware and cloud technologies.
• Correctly configuring new desktops / laptops in accordance with client requirements and Managed Solution protocols / documentation.
• Coordinating with procurement department to receive inventory and document serial numbers, warranty information, and packing slips, etc., in accordance with company policy.
• Configures new accounts within client and Managed Solution tenants - Office365, Active Directory, etc.
• May participate in audits of company assets as directed.
• Provides end users with technical support for client applications as needed.
• Communicates technical information clearly and effectively over the phone, in person, and in writing to English-speaking clients.
• Effectively documenting client communication and activities via internal ticketing system in accordance with Company standards.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity while accessing client data / systems and supporting mission-critical environments.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Shift Availability :

Monday through Friday, hours to be agreed upon based on Company needs. Company operates in Central Time Zone, though some scheduling flexibility may be offered.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Wage Range : $28.00 to $35.00 per hour

Managed Solution considers a range of factors when determining an appropriate wage. Such factors include but are not limited to : years of related experience, industry knowledge, formal education, relevant certifications, and geographic location. Candidates should note that it is not typical for new hires to enter a position at the highest end of a position’s pay range. Wages are paid as earned and in accordance with Company policies.
