Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed black and white printers and document folder/stuffer machines.
- Troubleshoot and clear printer jams, replace toner, and refill paper as necessary.
- Run high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
- Operate high-volume document imaging systems and document handling software.
- Utilize MS Office and email systems for file management, including opening, saving, and transferring files.
- Access and manage document systems based on established protocols.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly and maintain print quality.
- Maintain records for management reports and track inventory of office supplies.
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes to designated personnel and drop-off points as required.
- Calculate job charges and maintain billing logs as necessary.
- Respond to and coordinate service calls related to customer needs.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Familiarity with high-speed printing systems and document folder/stuffer machines.
