Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role will primarily involve providing support for conference and meeting setups, maintaining kitchen and pantry areas, placing food orders, and assisting with light reception duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be committed to ensuring a high standard of hospitality for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down beverage and food services for meetings and conferences.
• Maintain and restock kitchen and pantry areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Place food and beverage orders as needed, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Assist in decorating for events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Perform light reception duties including answering phones, directing calls, and assisting visitors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and hospitality protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and services.
• Handle other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the hospitality and reception areas.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move supplies (e.g., food trays, chairs) as needed.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, standard business hours (with occasional flexibility for events).
