Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Associate who will be the first point of contact for every interaction with our members and guests.
- Pay Range for this position is $17-$19 per hour

Greet everyone who enters the club with a warm welcomeSeek to understand how you can help make someone's experience specialDemonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and optimismAssist members with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling servicesHandle check-ins, addressing questions and resolving issues appropriatelyIdentify potential friction points for customer and help find solutionsParticipate in service recoveryMaintain cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experienceContact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reportedAnswer queries regarding club services and facilitiesImplement processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of serviceComplete transactions for paid services or goodsComplete tasks or projects as assigned such as calling members with birthday greetingsExperience and Requirements
