What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Safety Environment Coordinator position at Managed Staffing, Inc.?
Minimum of (2-3) years of manufacturing plant level experience of Health & Safety management systems and compliance programs.
• Perform activities necessary to ensure that the facility is in compliance with all corporate, local, state and federal H&S regulations. Interface with regulatory agencies and divisional personnel to direct health and safety efforts. Interact with outside vendors as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the monthly Central EH&S meetings, Contractor Health & Safety orientation and Visitor Health & Safety Orientation.
• Enforces general safety policies and procedures to be followed by plant personnel in compliance with corporate, local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
• Assist in identification, analysis and control of occupational hazards requiring the application of professional engineering knowledge, skill and abilities.
