Eye Care Marketing & Communications Contractor Job Description 6 month contract Min. 25 hours / week The Eye Care marketing and communications team is looking for a candidate to provide support in the following areas: • Reporting and analytics: Must be proficient with Excel, Google analytics and Adobe Analytics and be able to interpret data. • Presentation development: Able to build PowerPoint slides and other presentations as needed. • Asset management: Maintain monthly brand updates of creative digital tool kit. • Writing support for emails and newsletters: Attention to detail in supporting different brands and doctor affiliations. • Graphic design and video support: Basic knowledge of creative platforms and applications. • Podcast support: Help in the creation of the eye care podcast; content, preparation, and production needs. • Meeting notes and recaps: Manage meeting notes and follow ups. Requirements: • In office at least 1x per week • Detail-oriented • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines • Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Adobe Creative Suite
