Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator with a strong background in customer service or hospitality. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks to ensure a well-maintained, organized, and welcoming office environment. This role includes overseeing kitchen cleanliness and stocking, setting up for meetings, managing supply and conference rooms, and supporting other administrative needs. Experience in a legal setting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and stock kitchens, ensuring that supplies are well-maintained and easily accessible.
  • Set up meeting rooms with required supplies, equipment, and refreshments as needed.
  • Organize and maintain supply rooms, ensuring stock is replenished regularly.
  • Manage conference room reservations and ensure rooms are clean and prepared for scheduled meetings.
  • Provide general support to staff for various office needs and ensure a clean and professional environment.
  • Respond promptly to requests for supplies, equipment setup, or other office support needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or hospitality role; experience in the legal industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and clients.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to anticipating office needs.
