Position Overview
We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented individual to serve as the go-to resource for a wide range of tasks across the office. This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. - Perform general office duties such as organizing, filing, scheduling, and maintaining supplies.
- Support various departments with administrative needs, including data entry, research, and preparing documents.
- Run errands, manage deliveries, and ensure timely completion of tasks outside the office as required.
- Assist with event planning, setup, and logistics for meetings, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance and vendors to address facility needs.
- Handle special projects as assigned, adapting quickly to changing priorities and expectations.
- Provide backup support to other staff as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
