- 1-2 years of SAP experience
- Supervisory experience
- Root cause analysis skills

- Manage shipment schedules
- Promote continuous improvement aligned with Schneider Performance System
- Mentor and train team members
- Drive KPI improvements such as OTD (on-time delivery)
