Job Title : Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Analyst
Work Location : Waukesha, WI 53186
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial / Labor Relations / or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Excellent PC skills are required : Microsoft applications and Outlook
Excellent communication and employee relations skills required.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for employee lifecycle processes.
Leads recruitment activities, including requisition processing, coordinating interview scheduling, participating in interviews, providing feedback, collaborating with hiring managers on selecting candidates, and extending offers.
Maintains regular communication with candidates during the background check and drug screen process through verbal and written correspondence.
Manages new hire orientation and assists with benefits enrollment processes.
