Our dedicated help desk can be accessed via email, web, or phone and provides guaranteed response times for both remote and in-person responses. Troubleshooting services include system failures, client database access issues, predictable hardware failures, data backup, disaster recovery, network security, and full documentation of the network.

IT Environment
We operate in a Microsoft Windows environment with approximately 40 regular and temporary employees. We utilize a 10M Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel connection between two locations secured by point-to-point encryption. Our current infrastructure includes three rack-mounted servers and two Microsoft Hyper-V virtual servers, as well as forty tower/laptop computers connected to the network.
