We are looking to hire Administrative Assistant and Leasing Consultant agent full time with base pay Please pm me your resume and for details. The Leasing Associate is responsible for professionally leasing rental apartments to maximize income and achieve property occupancy goals. The Leasing Associate will ensure that the leasing sales process is followed correctly and ensure resident satisfaction at all times. The consultant will complete marketing reports, applications and leases, as needed, and provide recommendations to management regarding apartment pricing. In addition, the leasing associate will implement outreach-marketing efforts to gain referrals from area businesses and employers and will create and implement customer service/resident retention plans to increase renewals leases.
Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant is the community’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified people. A Leasing Consultant is very service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure property is rented to the fullest capacity by implementing and utilizing marketing strategies to attract and secure prospective residents
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Complete lease and appropriate paperwork
- Maintain current resident files
- Distribute all company or community-issued notices
- Assist management team with other various tasks as required
Essential Job Functions:

- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
- Work hours will be between 35-40 hours per week, weekends, and some overtime
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walking inside and outside year round weather conditions including cold,rain,wind, and other weather conditions customary to their location, climb stairs, and also lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications and Skills

- Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, customer service, and service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Rent Manager,
and gmail)
- Organizational skills
- Team Player and do what's best for the community
- Prior experience in property management or a related industry is a plus
Required experience:
- Sales: 2 years
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Property Management/apartment rental: 1 year
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
