Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all clinical and operational nursing functions within the facility.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering an environment of continuous professional development.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation to support effective and efficient patient care.
Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and safety measures.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, valid license.
Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
Advanced degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
