A quaint New England setting needs you! This Community hospital located in New England is looking for a new Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to help make an impact!
As the Director you will work collaboratively across all Human Resources disciplines (recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave management, employee & labor relations, HRIS, organizational development, leadership development, and service excellence) and interfacing departmental leadership ensuring optimal relationships and lines of open communication are maintained. The Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development will continually be looking to maximize efficiency and the use of resources and modern technologies while providing a highly supportive environment for staff to excel.
Requirements :
- Master's Degree Required.
- 5 Years Human Resources Leadership Experience.
- Professional Certificate(s) preferred.
- Ability to interact with and engage all levels of management as well as individuals from all levels of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Concentration on Operational efficiencies and strong technical skills.
