Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide support for the production team, technical support, and warehousing team
- Work with the President on defining the budget and managing costs of all functions of the operations
- Establish key metrics that support company goals and to maintain accountability for positive results.
- Work with all units of the company to establish plants and provides targeted sales growth.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all areas of the operation.
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts to maximize quality.
- Build a team and system that enables future growth and added complexity.
- Maximize the utilization of available resources, human and machine!
- Continue to build strong equity with team members
