The Cybersecurity Instructor provides top-tier instructional services for the with the U.S. Army Senior Leader Development College's Cyber Network Defense (CND) programs. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and effective instruction, refine existing course materials, and support students in developing expertise for 25D Cyber Network Defender and 255S Cyberspace Defense Technician roles.
Required Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree or five (6) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in office automation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Blackboard, and ATRRS.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire and maintain it throughout employment.
- Experience fostering self-development in students within the 25 Series MOS or equivalent cyber roles.
- Advanced writing skills, including the ability to create and tailor content.
- Strong organizational skills for managing training catalogs, regulations, and reference files.
- Someone who is highly task-oriented, capable of independently taking ownership of assignments and seeing them through to completion using available resources. The ideal candidate should also can develop and implement efficient processes that enhance team performance and overall effectiveness.
