Job Description:
This position requires a highly motivated individual to perform guard and patrol duties in assigned areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Secure building and property by conducting regular checks of doors, windows, lights, electrical appliances, equipment, locks, and emergency equipment.
Perform parking and traffic control duties as needed.
Conduct routine vehicle equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
Provide general transportation services to staff and students as required.
Respond to fire alarms, report incidents, and assist in suppressing fires.
Set up and check operation of intrusion alarm systems in buildings.
Assist law enforcement personnel in controlling disturbances and conduct preliminary investigations of crimes.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
Ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs occasionally.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
