Location: Manahawkin, NJ
Position: Full-Time Scheduler (M-F)
Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team! As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing to ensure every shift has the appropriate number of nurses and caregivers, while also ensuring schedules comply with regulatory requirements within the state of NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement staffing schedules for nursing employees
Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed
Comply with state and facility regulatory requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Experience in healthcare, LTC preferred
Strong communication skills
Scheduling experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
