We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- Support cooks and kitchen staff by providing clean dishes in a timely manner to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team efforts to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the kitchen.
