The Human Resources/Payroll Director is responsible for all human resources, benefits and payroll programs in the facility. Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with personnel and in coordination with the Corporate and Regional Human Resources departments. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for:
· Recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and general orientation
· Employee recognition and retention programs
·
· Benefits enrollment
· Biweekly processing of payroll
· Performance management programs
· Employee communication and recognition programs
· FMLA
· Worker’s Compensation and OSHA reporting
· Annual EEOC reporting
· Other reasonable duties as assigned
Required Experience:
· Must possess a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in human resources management preferred.
· Must have two to four years of human resources management; payroll processing experience is a plus.
· Must be computer literate and possess the ability to work in a windows environment and with various personnel records and payroll systems.
· Must possess an aptitude for problem solving and have excellent communication skills.
