Summary
Under the direction of the Information Systems Manager and working in collaboration with the IT Operations Manager the individual in this role will be responsible for the exciting
implementation/installation of various technologies into the company’s fleet and facilities, as well as the possibility of the rest of the MFB's Fleet and Facilities. The Electronic Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and installs electronic and programmable devices, logic controllers, circuitry and other technology devices into locations, equipment, and machinery. This role will work closely with Operations and IT personnel to perform daily tasks.

• Tablet Config and Installs
• Tablet Hardware Troubleshooting
• Geotab Installs and Troubleshooting
• Lytx Installs and Troubleshooting
• Zello Config and Troubleshooting
• Smart Hatch Installs and Troubleshooting
• Camera Install and Troubleshooting at Plants and Offices
• End User Training of Systems Being Installed
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Understand the proper use of hand-tools
• Understand and need for safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Must demonstrate proficiency of products and installation processes
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to deal with the public and satisfy to best of ability and within company guidelines. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, MSDS sheets, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• PC Proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of 12 Volt Automotive Wiring
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs without assistance
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Strong collaboration, decision-making, and human skills.
• Ability to work in conditions common to a construction site. This includes but is not limited to: rain, sleet, snow, dust, mud, heat, sun, cold, and noise.
