The success Manatt's, Inc., enjoys today in the construction industry started 75 years ago. Back then, it was one man, one truck, and now our team of employees numbers more than 750 strong. We have dozens of ready-mix and asphalt production facilities around the state of Iowa. Our massive fleet of dump and ready-mix trucks serves thousands of job sites every year. In addition, our concrete and asphalt paving divisions, along with our various other crews, complete hundreds of projects every season.
We have an immediate opening in our Brooklyn, Iowa Office for a Techanic / Field Service Electronics Technician.
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Information Systems Manager and working in collaboration with the IT Operations Manager the individual in this role will be responsible for the exciting implementation/installation of various technologies into the company’s fleet and facilities. The Electronics Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and installs electronic and programmable devices, logic controllers, circuitry and other technology devices into locations, equipment, and machinery. This role will work closely with Operations and IT personnel to perform daily tasks.

Perform tablet configuration and installation for end-users, ensuring optimal setup and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to tablets, ensuring minimal downtime.
Install and troubleshoot Geotab devices, providing technical support to ensure smooth operation.
Install and troubleshoot Lytx systems, offering solutions to technical issues as needed.
Configure and troubleshoot Zello, ensuring seamless communication for end-users.
Install and troubleshoot Smart Hatch systems, maintaining system performance and reliability.
Conduct camera installations and troubleshoot related issues at plant and office locations.
Provide end-user training on systems being installed, ensuring users are proficient and comfortable.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the department.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Computer literacy.
