What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Mold Lead Operator position at Mancan?
Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Solon that is looking for a reliable Injection Mold Process Technician! This is a 1st shift position 7am-3:30pm and the starting pay is based on exp. $14-$17 an hour with occasional overtime.
Candidates MUST have at least 15 years experience in the following:
We have 3 all electric Haitian and 1 Hydraulic Haitian.
We run reprocessed Polypro, Natural Polypro, Clarified Polypro so nothing exotic We only have 3 products that require colorant and it is just pigment in pellet form
Mold changes set up and processing along with some light mold and machine maintenance. Able to manage a small group of people, at least 14 across 2 shifts. Making sure that the group is doing what needs to be done and following production schedules.
Entering daily production as well as scheduling production along with myself.
