**Job Summary:**
Alpha Tool & Mold, Inc. is currently seeking production Wax Injection Machine Operators to join our team. We are a tool and die manufacturing company dealing mainly with precision machining work as well as plastic, wax, and ceramic core dies. You will be working with other team members to fill orders for our Wax Department. Candidates need to demonstrate an ability to meet job requirements and work cooperatively. Shift will be from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
**Responsibilities:**
- Repeatedly inject wax pattern dies by operating one or two automatic fixed cycle, wax injection machines
- Prepare pattern for inspection by cleaning core print area and identifying pattern.
- Perform visual inspection for quality of injected pattern.
- Deflash solid patterns at press.
- Package finished patterns.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to perform highly detailed and highly repetitive work.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Standing up to 8 hours.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
