Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the scheduling system
- Making and receiving phone calls, texts and ensuring the schedule stays full for the providers.
- Greet patients, check them in, and verify their information
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Input and Maintainrecords accurately and securely
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Prior experience in dental front desk or administrative roles within healthcare setting , restaurant Usher/ concierge , car sales industry setting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
